FYI: The Springhurst Smoothie King refused to serve me due to the presence of my daughter's service animal.
Today I walked into Smoothie King located on Bardstown Rd with my registered emotional support dog, as I suffer from major anxiety after being assaulted back in 2015 inside of a McDonald’s. The man who was working rudely before I even got fully into the store said you can not bring your dog in here, as the front door says “service animals welcome”, I say he is my emotional support animal, the guy then rolls his at me and says, if he causes an issue he will have to leave.
