he lasted 28 minutes to give me an acai bowl and 2 smoothies
Refused to sub almond milk for pear juice. I eat smoothie king every day. I am allergic to nuts. Also allergic to any of the “powders” I was asked to sub for instead. “Manager” or owner admitted to just wanting to charge more for the smoothie to “make money.” Would rather drive 10 mins to another location or a Jamba Juice. Poor service.
I waited more than 20 minutes, poor guy was doing the best that he could. It’s obvious this location is understaffed.
Valerie, who is my server, is extraordinarily sweet and one very, very nice person. And when it comes to review time she deserves whatever should be given in promotion 'cause she is very, very humble and down to earth !!!
Jerrick was awesome! He answered all my questions. He even made recomened things i didnt know they had. Got the Banna Boat and it was so good. I also got the 8 grain avacodo toast it was really good and filing.
