Messed up my order the 1st time and now I've been waiting a long time when I was the only one here. So im pretty agitated with this location and probably not going to be returning. Even if I do have free coupons. Poorly managed and way to much talking and not working. These girls dont know time management . Really bites that they are more worried about talking to friends that come in than taking care of customers. One dissatisfied customer.
Walked in, April 14th at 8:13pm , customer service is very poor, they don’t acknowledge you as you walk in, no communication on if they are busy, two girls were making smoothies and three other employees were in the back one was on the phone and they other two girls walked out from the back laughing, I waited approximately 12 min before I was even asked what I would like to order and I did let that young man know I was waiting there without being acknowledged. Very disappointing. These kids need to be trained better.
