There are two workers here that are extremely unprofessional. Refusing service and tampering with drinks. When I asked to see a manager and told them I’d leave a review, they told me that the manager didn’t care and they “already told him”. why the entire smoothie king is corrupt is beyond me but I will have everyone I know avoid this place at all costs. fire them or keep losing business
Last week I was treated very rudely by an employee named shane who spoke to me in a hostile tone and refused to take my order. The manager was not notified but when I told him I'd leave a bad review, he acted as if he owned the place and could get in to trouble. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and not what I expect from a franchise. I ask smoothie king corporate to investigate and take appropriate action. He also works at a pearland location!
Smoothie King of Nacogdoches, count your days. I came in today to pick up a smoothie bowl I had ordered on the app (Order #156), and the experience was beyond disappointing. When I arrived, the bowl wasn’t even prepared—it was just sitting out on the counter, untouched. Worse, the employee on shift didn’t greet me or anyone else walking in. We stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience! I ordered the Gladiator smoothie based on the staff member’s recommendation—it was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. My daughter got an açaí bowl and was very happy with her order as well. Friendly service and tasty, healthy options made for a perfect quick breakfast stop!
