I can publicly say that the atmosphere and service was horrible, just trying to order I wasn’t called up or asked what I would like but a blank stare to the face. Felt like a staring contest or the feeling of someone trying to seduce you. Wish more energy or at least communication was up if that makes sense.

Alex is the man. I go to a ton of smoothie kings because I travel a lot. I was watching Alex work and I was amazed at his speed, his communication with the customers, and his positive and contagious attitude. What a great hire this location made!!

The new girl that is here on Monday mornings needs to be fired. She cannot handle running the store. I have been waiting 20 minutes she is lost. I’m a regular customer as in daily. I will not be back after today until this is resolved
