What I experienced while getting my smoothie. This raised a food-safety and hygiene concern. I originally wasn’t going to say anything, but the mother’s demeanor was rude and she had poor customer service.

Drinks were great, but the service could use improvement. Employees eating at register, children being disruptive in the parents work place, and employees being mindful of what they’re said behind the counter. Before leaving the store Sunday we were encouraged to leave a review online about our experience, and I am trying to provide feedback for improvement
My visit to Smoothie King was genuinely enjoyable. The staff greeted me with a warm attitude and made the ordering process quick and easy. My smoothie was fresh, perfectly blended, and tasted exactly how I expected. The store was clean, organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the service and quality made this a satisfying experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.
