Today May 1st at 12:30 to 12:37pm I had the absolute best experience with the associate working that day. I was not able to catch her name but with the date and time I’m sure yall can figure it out! All I have to say is she deserves a raise, her customer service was a 100/10 super welcoming , soft toned, and smiling !! Beyond satisfied due to the customer service of this specific employee. Customer service is always poor. The younger generation needs to learn how to smile, speak, and serve to the public THE RIGHT WAY. No one speaks to me when I enter; however, after waiting at the register, someone finally approaches to take my order. The smoothies are always good, but the poor and sometimes slow service makes visiting here a bittersweet experience.
I decided to patronize the Smoothie King on Kaufinger in Huntersville, NC on my way to work tonight just to put a little pep in my step. Mond you, I've purchased from this location multiple times where before, the service was decent. So imagine my shock and humiliation when I went in on 3.27.26 and was outright ignored by the staff.
