Been to this location 4 times and they are horrible, every time. It took the two employees "working" 30 minutes with zero customers ahead of me for two smoothies. Paid for a 32 oz but was told 20 mins later they were out of 32 oz cups. A gentleman after me was told they ran out of granola. This doesn't happen at the other location. Maybe your employees shouldn't be in the back with headphones on and should work a little harder. Avoid this location, there's one 10 mins away with at exit 25 that is much better.
Customer service is always poor. The younger generation needs to learn how to smile, speak, and serve to the public THE RIGHT WAY. No one speaks to me when I enter; however, after waiting at the register, someone finally approaches to take my order. The smoothies are always good, but the poor and sometimes slow service makes visiting here a bittersweet experience. Of all the smoothie servers, SAM is the nicest!

Today May 1st at 12:30 to 12:37pm I had the absolute best experience with the associate working that day. I was not able to catch her name but with the date and time I’m sure yall can figure it out! All I have to say is she deserves a raise, her customer service was a 100/10 super welcoming , soft toned, and smiling !! Beyond satisfied due to the customer service of this specific employee. I’ll make sure to adjust my review with her name so she gets the credit and recognition she deserves! Check #: 168
