The prices of the smoothies don't match what's advertised on the menu in the store. That's bad business. The smoothies taste fine and the customer service is cool.
Placed an order online. Used points to reduce amount spent. Got to the store, they were close…they opened late. Called and visited the store to get a refund. Said manager needed to do it. Manager never called me. No refund. So they stole my money. Not going to this location again.
Arrived for a pickup order on time.. drinks and bowl weren't ready after waiting an additional 20 mins while families of walk-ins were in and out. Asked for my order to get cancelled and have yet to get a refund. About $50 for two smoothies and a fruit bowl ):
Currently just left this location on a Friday expecting an upsize smoothie; I ordered the smoothie correctly as the 20oz smoothie then proceeded to scan my app then I ask about the upsize smoothie where the employee proceeded to tell me that I would have to order my smoothie as an 32oz in order for that to work when that is incorrect but by that time my order was already paid for.
Sadly I would not recommend this location. Placed an online order 7 months ago and got 1 medium and 1 large smoothie. Whoever was working supplemented ingredients in both smoothies (without letting me know) because they did not have all of what go in them. Tasted terrible. Went inside and asked for a refund, was told I would have to contact smoothie king support and I in fact emailed. Sent order ID, total and date… received nothing.
