This place literally stole from me. I paid for smoothies and they were out and just took my money and ignored me
Horrible location. Waited nearly an hour for some açaí bowls. Kids on their phone sitting down instead of making the bowls. Ordered my bowls around 6pm. Never had a problem with the smoothie king in the town center until today.
Horrible. Ordered online and got there at the estimated time. Waited around 40 minutes just for one açaí bowl. The staff was rude, they had their headphones in ignoring costumers and when I walked up to one of them asking them if they had my bowl ready yet, they were just on social media. I asked and they said they didn’t know the bowl was mine so they hadn’t start to make it yet. Once I got my açaí bowl it was very melted and did not taste right. I would not recommend coming here.
Zero sense of urgency. Waited 20 minutes for an Acai bowl with only one other customer there. They also gave my order to someone else. Had to then go hunting elsewhere for a spoon to eat it with, because they are just dumped out in a basket, covered in smoothie splatter, and couldn't have been bothered to find me a clean utensil. After getting back to the hotel, found out the mango was super underripe. Would never revisit even though this was my first time in one.
