If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked an appointment, my gps initially took me to the wrong place which isn't anyone's fault but I still showed up fifteen minutes early to my appointment only to find the door locked, business looks abandoned with no signage, and unable to get ahold of them via phone or email. I'm not only disappointed I didn't receive a service I was looking forward to but angry that I wasted a good portion of my day. I loved going here but unfortunately that was not able to continue. I had about 8(?) or so appointments between the range of July 2023- April 2024. Every single one of my appointments would get time bumped or rescheduled by Courtney, typically multiple times in a row. My schedule is usually has a lot of flexibility and I understand she is operating a one person business but sheer amount of changes she would make on the day of, on appointment times she herself suggested in the first place, was ridiculous. I've had several experiences with laser hair removal in the past, and have found that results can vary a lot based on the technician. Courtney knows what she is doing and gets great results! Her pricing is also very reasonable :) Definitely recommend!
