It was evident from the time we placed a call to this firm that customer service is high on their priority list. Lorie was incredibly helpful and scheduled an appointment for us the very next day. When Matt arrived, the first thing he did was to put covers on his shoes to protect our floors. They gave me 3 different estimates based on what I needed, which wqs great! 8 months later, they honored the quote! They scheduled me for the next day, arrived on time, and did an amazing job! We cannot say enough good things about the responsiveness of Smooth Waters in addressing problems we have experienced this time and in a previous visit. Neil and Sam were fantastic to work with--5 starts isn't enough! Neil and Quincy did an outstanding job on an ice maker leak. Quick to respond to my call and they explained what needed to be done and were friendly and thorough with their work.
