Their plumbers were very prompt and knowlegible. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to accomplish it. Excellent work and cleaned everything up. We will most definitely call Smooth Waters Plumbing again should we have a plumbing issue.

Will absolutely use Smooth Waters Plumbing again! The office was very helpful in quickly scheduling my appointment and stayed in contact when an earlier appointment became available! Tyler was on time, friendly, thorough in explaining my options and quick once he got to work. He even showed me a feature on my sink that I didn't know I had!
They called and they showed up within the amount of time. They said they would be here come in. Looked at it gave me an estimate on the wax ring and if the flange was broken what it would cost after he took the toilet up. He brought me back and let me look and showed me where the flange had cracked and broken and where the water was probably leaking through.
