The service technicians was very professional, before doing the repair it was explained and he quickly started the repairs and finished it in a timely manner of an hour. He even took all the old parts with him to be disposed of, which was much appreciated.. I'm very happy with the job he did. It was evident from the time we placed a call to this firm that customer service is high on their priority list. Lorie was incredibly helpful and scheduled an appointment for us the very next day. When Matt arrived, the first thing he did was to put covers on his shoes to protect our floors. He was very polite, assessed our problem quickly, and waited for my husband's approval before proceeding with the necessary repairs. The cost was reasonable as well. I couldn’t be more impressed with this plumbing company! They were very helpful over the phone, they promptly got to my house, and the care was far beyond standard! Tyler was the plumber that came to my house. He was extremely professional and kind. He was very methodical and efficient, but most importantly his work was excellent. The bag of goodies at the end was the cherry on top! Thank you Smooth Waters for offering such a wonderful plumbing experience!
Debbie at the office was friendly and very helpful, had an appointment for us the next day. And Neil, the plumber was also amazing. He was to be here between 8-12, called before 8 and was here around 7:30. He was through and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. We are very impressed with Smooth Waters and their staff. We love smooth waters. The technicians are prompt and polite. Today Tyler came for our yearly service and hot water tank drain. He is just such a great guy and so professional! Highly recommend this company.
