Debbie at the office was friendly and very helpful, had an appointment for us the next day. And Neil, the plumber was also amazing. He was to be here between 8-12, called before 8 and was here around 7:30. He was through and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. We are very impressed with Smooth Waters and their staff. We are confident they will do a great job. Also we need some reconstruction done because of our toilets needing replaced. We had a great experience with Smooth Waters. They were able to come out the day we called, they diagnosed the problem right away, provided a solution, and got to work! They were able to fix it same day. The entire process was seamless and they were very professional. We would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Suthern and Quincy were so kind and professional. I had contacted some pool companies and was told it would be over a month before they could get to us. Smooth Waters came out the same day and was able to blow out my clog. They tried many different ways and didn't give up. I super appreciate them and recommend them to anyone!!

Smooth Water Plumbing worked well for us. Installed a tankless water heater and a reverse osmosis unit under the sink. Tyler and another young man were courteous, professional, competent and skillful. They aren’t the least expensive, but the jobs were well done. I would definitely use them again in the future I’d give them 5 stars except for the price - I had several lower estimates, but they ultimately didn’t answer questions or show up.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this plumbing company! They were very helpful over the phone, they promptly got to my house, and the care was far beyond standard! Tyler was the plumber that came to my house. He was extremely professional and kind. He was very methodical and efficient, but most importantly his work was excellent. The bag of goodies at the end was the cherry on top! Thank you Smooth Waters for offering such a wonderful plumbing experience!
