Their plumbers were very prompt and knowlegible. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to accomplish it. Excellent work and cleaned everything up. We will most definitely call Smooth Waters Plumbing again should we have a plumbing issue.

Smooth Waters was fantastic. The tech was polite, courteous, and informative. He was honest about my options and forward with pricing. He managed to fix up my issue quickly, and then gave me a referral for a water damage restoration company. They have a preferred members plan, which I probably won't do, but I'll be honest I think they've earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend Smooth Waters.

These guys are super! From time of placing a call to them Sam and Neil were here within 30 minutes and 2 separate plumbing jobs were completed just 2.5 hours from placing our call. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. The charge was reasonable. We also called 2 other local plumbing companies and Smooth Waters have come and gone and we still haven't received a return phone call from them! We highly recommend Smooth Waters and they're very local on East Main St in Lexington.

I was very pleased with this service. Corinne was very pleasant and professional and was able to schedule me in to have our water leak fixed very quickly. Samuel was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a very short period of time. I will definitely use Smooth Water Plumbing again.
