Love this place so much! They offer top of the line lasers for BBL, Halo, CO2, and hair removal, and the staff is always welcoming. Highly recommend seeing Lauren for all things facial laser, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. My results exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back!
I recently went to SmoothSolutions Naperville and had a LaseMD treatment with Lauren and WOW, she is incredibly talented !!! My skin can be very sensitive with this treatment so Lauren was able work with me and numbed my face longer than usual to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during the procedure. She is extremely thorough and sweet, every staff member here is so gracious and knowledgeable, and are focused on getting your the best results. I absolutely love smooth solutions medspa, I have pcos and I grow a lot of dark facial hair and within 6 months all of the ingrown hairs stopped, all of the black acne scars started to clear up and fade and now after a year of treatment you can’t even tell I used to have huge dark spots under my chin and around my lips. I would recommend 10000/10 to a friend. If you’re curious or considering getting laser hair removal or any treatments I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and the service is always AMAZING!.
Mariam is a skin genious. I’m 57 years old with a combination of issues and Mariam quickly identified what combinations would best best for the results I wanted to achieve. This is my third round of treatments, yesterday (microneedling of face, neck and chin, LaseMD Utra and corrective BBLfacial.)
