At Smooth Solutions Dr. Bertolino and staff are so warm and friendly.. they make you feel comfortable and they are very knowledgeable... Dr Bertolino addresses all your concerns with a very comfortable tone.. you must go check out his practice and all that he offers... his wife Leah also works there and she is a sweetheart..

Dr Jack is one of the few Doctors I actually like as a person lol, and the Bioidentical Hormone replacement has been the biggest improvement to my wife’s quality of life in the last ten years. She had a hysterectomy very early in life and until now was only prescribed birth control for hormone replacement. I was suffering hot flashes and depression due to menopause. My daily life was effected. I cried everyday everywhere. I tried antidepressants with little success and kept looking for another way to deal with these life changing symptoms. I found bio identical hormones and feel like myself again. Dr B is candid and will discuss your concerns and if he doesn't think a procedure is right for you he'll let you know. I have been going to this office for many years and Dr B and his office staff are always very friendly & helpful-always there to answer any questions you might have. I will continue to go to their office as I trust them and feel comfortable there.
If anyone is contemplating a procedure with smooth solutions and dr jack, stop contemplating and do it. Dr. jack will give you honest answers and go the extra mile to make you feel better. From treating hormonal imbalances naturally, to cosmetic procedures, I trust this office fully.
I love the way I look and feel. I have had the Bio- Identical therapy as well as some of the fillers and, other procedure. Love everything.
Dr. Bertolino and his staff are wonderful. I've been having the hormone treatments, and I feel great. He takes his time to explain and make sure you understand everything he does. He's excited about what he's doing which is refreshing in today's medical world.
