Due to a family emergency, I needed to reschedule one of my treatment appointments. Asha not only ensured I was promptly accommodated, but also took the extra step of confirming that the new time worked well with my professional commitments.
The appointments are often brief and rushed, with long wait times due to over-booking. This affects the quality and consistency of care I receive and devalues my time. While she is kind and has a gentle touch, I expect a full 30-minute session if that's what I'm paying for. Additionally, she provides a baby wipe to remove makeup beforehand. I was recommend this laser clinic from my sister. I never did any laser treatments before and because I have “folliculitis” I was told only waxing and laser will help. I’ve had waxing done before and it’s honestly not worth the pain and discomfort afterwards.(ingrown hair/rash) With some numb20(soo worth the purchase and they sell it in clinic for cheaper than amazon where I purchased mine), laser treatments for my Brazilian is quick less painful and I saw results within the first treatment!
