She was very polite, friendly and most importantly she was thorough. She talked me through the process and was amazing. She is very detail oriented. She cares that you are not in any pain and that you are comfortable during the whole process. When going to her for my Brazilian, I don’t even have to take pain meds before, very minimal pain. This was my first visit to see Nkanola. I went for the male brazilian service, she did an amazing job! She was very polite, friendly and most importantly she was thorough. I have been getting the male brazilian wax for a while now and have been to other companies where the service felt rushed but Smooth Sensations was completely different, in a good way. She talked me through the process and was amazing. She is very detail oriented. For any guys wondering about this service I highly recommend that you go see Nkanola.

Let me start off by saying that I have the most sensitive skin you could ever imagine, as well as very thick, stubborn, deep rooted hair - quite the combination, I know.
