It won't let me give ZERO stars but that's really all they are worth. I setup an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate on an upcoming move. On the day of that appointment the owner showed up 45 mins late. After looking at everything we had to move and agreeing on a date he said he would get me an estimate so that we could lock in that date as he is getting booked around the time we needed. I found out later than I would have liked that Smooth Move is NOT a full service moving company. In spite of claiming “no hidden fees” Reid did not disclose until days of discussions had passed about my upcoming move, and days after I’d presented him with an inventory specifying a washer and dryer, that they do not disconnect/connect washers and dryers.
