This was the first place I tried electrolysis and I never had any reason to go elsewhere. Caryn and Leah are wonderful and always listened if I had any questions or concerns and did their best to work with my schedule. I would have to say, I couldn't recommend Leah and Karen enough!!!!! And I cannot rave enough about the service, and care that I have experienced! Leah has been an absolute love! She and her colleagues are well versed in the hair removal process and the progress on my journey to hair removal! If you're looking for permanent hair removal, this place literally has your journey in mind and strive to be a friend along the way!

I really can’t say enough about how amazing Leah and her team are at Smooth Lake City. I’ve been coming here for about a year and every visit has been a great experience. As a member of the LGBTQ community it can be so difficult to find someone as welcoming, kind, and considerate as Leah is. Electrolysis isn’t always an enjoyable process, but Leah does a great job at making the process as quick and painless as possible. If you’ve been thinking of doing electrolysis definitely give Smooth Lake City a try.
