Had a gift certificate for the top of the line detail on my 2 year old vehicle. It needed cleaning, for sure, but was not overly dirty or gross. The car looked great when I got there, except the floor mats were in the trunk. I was told they were there because they were wet. Since they were dry when I picked up the vehicle, I put them back in with the help of a worker. The trunk, though, needed to be vacuumed again. They vacuumed 2 full containers of dog hair from our Ford Explorer and took hours upon hours to clean the interior and exterior and then STILL gave us a discount as noted on their website! Smooth Finishes, Hanover, did NOT disappoint. If you want spectacular service and a clean car, contact them today!
I will never go again. I got a full detail done. Well the steering wheel was still dusty on the top, the doors were not wiped, the cup holders weren't touched. They cleaned my windows they are sooo bad that I could barely see out of them, I had to redo them. It was awful. I will never go back again. Total crap. There was so much more they missed. But still if you want people to come back you have to do good business.
Dropped the wife's Camry off for a detail. Car looks like new. Great job guys!
