Hands down the best auto shop I've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to help me after our car accident. Our van they repaired looks brand new. Great work, and great employees! I'd recommend this place to anyone!
This is the third car the people at Smooth Finish helped me rescue from the boneyard. My daughter wrecked her truck, and, even though the insurance wanted to totally it, Smooth Finish put it back together. We had a '79 Jeep CJ which we found I'm a junkyard, as well as a 1996 Mercedes, and most recently, a Chevy Spark rebuild by craftsmen and for a reasonable price Whatever you need, they can get it for you. Rebuild, re finish, repair.
They did a great job as far as customer service goes. They really made me think that their service was top notch...now fast forward to this afternoon when I get a call from Ken towery telling me that the work they did on my ignition was shoddy and oh yeah, will now cost me $485!!! Nevermind that this place has worked on the ignition TWICE and still couldn't get it right...within 30 days of the 1st time they "fixed"" it, I had to put it back in the shop. I hit a deer and it messed up my new car pretty bad. A friend recommended this place and from the get go, I knew this is where I wanted to take my car. Aside from the flawless repair job they did, they also came in WAY under the original quoted price! They were always willing and eager to answer any questions I had and were beyond friendly to me and my family. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Ask for Wally, he will take very good care of you and your car!
Owner is awesome did a great job on my mothers car and I would recommend his shop to anyone...
Phenomenal work, very up front and honest! Dropped my truck off on a Saturday, making an awful sound with the check engine light on. It was done by Monday night and they were there after hours so I could pick it up. Great pricing too!
