Smooth Body Health and Dpa in Orlando , the person name is Tia , she has been playing around about the reimbursement of my money since November 2024 , she owes me 864 dollars she said she did reimburse it but the transaction was denied she said, I called my bank they said there is no blockage for anything they know merchants like that, I contacted her again and she said she did it again manually, and asked me to not claim it again with my bank until that process it. My wife and I got a great experience here .. she and I were nervous about her procedure but they took great care of her ... everything went great the staff here is wonderful and very attentive. I highly recommend this company and will be sending others here too Thanks to u all for such a great experience!!!
I was suppose to receive services back in August 2024 & they cancelled 4 days before my procedure making it impossible to move receive my money back from my Airbnb & flights. Claimed they wanted to reschedule & I told them I’m no longer interested in rescheduling & I would want my money back. After many phone calls they agreed they will Give me my money which is around 2,500. At first they said 30 days and then 60 days.
