If I could give negative stars I would. My review is based on my experience at the south Ft Wayne location although I have a feeling that there is a lack of knowledge and qualified leadership throughout this company. With that being said this place doesn't even require proof of vaccinations before exposing your pup and their employees to other strange dogs so any talk from this establishment regarding their alleged concern for the safety and well being of the dogs and staff is simply a joke. My first time to have a dog who needed grooming and hair trimming. They are so gentle and good with my young dog. He comes out each time looking great and very happy. Dogs know even if we might not. Zeke loves Smoochie Pooch. I would highly recommend all of the staff and groomers there.

I just picked up my two Scottish Terriers from Smoochie Pooch in Valpo. Didn’t really pay much attention but when we got home we noticed that neither of their tails had been trimmed. Wasn’t exactly happy with that but I am absolutely livid right now at the fact that we also just noticed my older Scottie’s left ear is cut and bleeding. It’s after 5pm and they are now closed or I would be calling. It’s probably a good thing that they are closed as I am very upset. We WILL NOT be returning there. I suggest you not as well!!!
