If I could give negative stars I would. My review is based on my experience at the south Ft Wayne location although I have a feeling that there is a lack of knowledge and qualified leadership throughout this company. With that being said this place doesn't even require proof of vaccinations before exposing your pup and their employees to other strange dogs so any talk from this establishment regarding their alleged concern for the safety and well being of the dogs and staff is simply a joke.
