I have a small Pekingese mix with cocker, she probably weighs about 12lbs and is about 11 years old, and they cut off about 3/4 of her hair and returned her to me saying she was “snappy.” My dog has never snapped at anyone. If anything, she is easily scared and shivers. It appears as though they are in it just to make quick money, if your dog is old or has anxiety and they have to be patient with your dog, they will not finish the job.

I absolutely love them! I’ve used them several times and they have never let me down. Bentley loves the extra attention he gets from the groomers. We are spoiled. I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else. Thanks for doing such a great job!
Our Breezy loves Smoochable Pooch Mobile Pet Salon and so do we! Not only do they groom him to perfection they also always keep us in the loop if they see anything that might need our attention.
My experience with this company was mixed. My dog really liked her groomer, Victoria, and she did a decent job at grooming her. Problem was she was not reliable and failed to show up twice. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time but today it happened again. Excuses were made by the groomer and the gentleman that returned my call. Love, love, love Smoochable Pooches! Our groomer is great with all three of my furry babies!! I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my babies!!!! Thank you for being so so good to us!!!!

The first two times i used them the girls that worked for them did a great job but 2 weeks ago the man and woman came. They butchered my dogs. So unprofessional. They kept making excuses why they couldn't finish my dogs. All they had to do was shave them short. They cut about half and stopped. I'll be using someone else. Oh yes they still charged me 80 bucks. Horrible business practice.my dog is a mellow 9 year old shitzu. Never had any problems.
