Everything about this place is awful. The billing is AWFUL!! They don’t bill insurance then try to bill you. The quotes are completely wrong. No one answers the phone or ever calls back. I even left a message for billing in person! No response. No one seems to have a clue what’s going on. Then the dental work…… don’t get me started. It’s really bad , you will end up getting it done again elsewhere to fix the issues. Do yourself a favor…… go somewhere else!

Where should I start? The only good thing about this office was Amy the hygienist. Starting at the front desk is where the problems start. No one answers the phone and it is a small miracle. If they return your phone call even after two weeks. It is a complete joke. Dr. Smolarek put a crown on my tooth. It has just been two short weeks and it has already come off. Terrible office. Their billing is a mess, they do not answer phones, & barely return phone calls. We trusted them with the Invisalign process which is a huge mistake. They say they order the items. But when you get there they still don’t have it, they were supposed to submit my treatment plan to the insurance for 50% coverage, told me to take the care credit loan out for the full amount & I will be reimbursed for the insurance portion. My wife has now had 2 appointments canceled out of 3, last minute. If we did that, we would owe a $100 cancellation fee. They can apparently do it all the time with little regard for other people’s schedules and obligations. Very rude and inconsiderate. Either hire more people or don’t fill your client schedule so much, to allow flexibility.

Tried coming back as a patient now that I have insurance accepted by this dentist. However, was quickly reminded that they do not answer phone calls or return messages. That hasn’t changed in the few years that I’ve been gone. The same voice is on the phone recording, and for 3 weeks I’ve been calling and leaving messages with no response. The dentist is fine, but not sure how he can tolerate this very incompetent office staff.
