Terrible dentist!! His own hygienists arent even seen by him, which to me speaks volumes. Absolutely worst dentist I have ever encountered

Turn around and look somewhere else! I had a cavity filled here that led to a crown and a root canal…I had nothing but problems and ended up needing to see a specialist. The specialist pointed out the reason for my problems and it was due to the poor work of the Dentist here. On another note, Steve at the front desk never answers the phone or returns calls. Went to Dr Smolarek, and when put my crown in he saw my tooth was rotten and left it. Waved at his assistant to not say anything. About a week later I was eating and my crown fell out and swallowed it. Went to another dentist and they said my tooth was completely rotten and had to put in a new crown. Unbelievable, never go here.
Everything about this place is awful. The billing is AWFUL!! They don’t bill insurance then try to bill you. The quotes are completely wrong. No one answers the phone or ever calls back. I even left a message for billing in person! No response. No one seems to have a clue what’s going on. Then the dental work…… don’t get me started. It’s really bad , you will end up getting it done again elsewhere to fix the issues. Do yourself a favor…… go somewhere else!
