Raccoon damaged soffit & entered attic, leaving a mess. Zion's calm nature, experience & knowledge was helpful. New insulation. Attic is empty. Spic & span Disappointed on one issue. Charges included repair of soffit & work was not completed. After failed attempts to resolve, or get a refund, paid a 2nd person to make the repair. The work they did, was good. Did not complete the last of the work order.
Zion was great coming up to my house…I felt there was something in my attic because I heard scratching and he came out and took his time goin thru both my attics even though he didn’t find anything I appreciate him coming out…
Scheduled in a day, came when they said they would with text updates. Honest feedback about activity in attic. Would definitely use again.
I highly recommend this company. Zion was excellent and went above and beyond in his service.
