Worst unethical business ever. The employees are a bunch of idiots. They were going to email me some documents they never did and then they wondered why I never got them because they never sent them. Like the woman in the review down below said they never call you back & when they say they’re going to do something they don’t do it. They don’t have any morals and don’t care to break the laws if they have to. I have had to report them to the Tennessee department of consumer affairs. Terrible communication. Doesn’t call when they say they will. No docs sent as promised. Rearranged three families’ day in three states to be available to sign, notarize and send overnight. Here we sit. Waiting. And now the office is closed half day and we still have no docs. Extremely unprofessional.
