SMM is nothing but a sweatshop. Every part of the shop itself is far from meeting OSHA or any other standard for that matter. Worked there for a while and between all the oil on the floor and the dated death trap CNC machines it's a wonder how they are still operating. Not to mention most of the employees suffer from respiratory problems due to poor ventilation. This company hired me and then took back their offer. After I had put in my notice at my other job. Their excuse was they didn't get a loan they thought they were getting. How stupid. I now have no job and my power is going to be shut off. This company is a joke.
