Not only was our ride and pilot very enjoyable, but the entire staff was so kind and courteous. We accidentally locked our keys in the car and they spent at least two hours helping us get it open. Thank you to Aaron and the rest of the staff for all your help.
It was my 11 year daughters birthday and we all went for a ride over the lake...it was absolutely amazing!!! The kids loved it so much they asked to go back they didn't want it to end. Our pilot Luke Breton was awesome. Definitely would recommend doing a ride over the lake.
Me and my 7 year old granddaughter rode yesterday, which was our very 1st time! We absolutely loved it..she is still telling everyone about the awesome pilot's and how great n nice they were. I am very pleased and will recommend to everyone, and im positive Gracie will have me back up there for the longer tour soon!!! Thank you all for making my lil princess a very happy lil girl.. Really nice ground crew- assured the timid ones in my party that if they didn't want to keep going, he'd bring us back!! Love the picture packages- I got some great shots in the air, but they got em all!! Reasonable prices- wonderful options for places to see !! Y'all should take a flight!!!
My youngest son wanted to ride this helicopter from the moment he saw it from our resort room across the street from Smokie Mountian helicopters so of course mom had to take him to experience the ride. The pilot was fantasti, he was very informative and very nice he had a great personality. Great place to take your first helicopter ride. We could see the helicopter taking tours all day from the resort we were staying in. My son absolutely loved it. It was the first time both of us had flown in an helicopter. Great job! Our pilot was awesome. He answered all of our questions and even shows us Tennessee's "Grand Canyon". Will definitely do this again with them.
The staff was wonderful. Our grandkids had a blast and the pictures turned out great.
