I have an older oil furnace and it’s challenging to find a tech to work on it. It stopped working during a bad cold snap and this company was so wonderful. They returned my call promptly and the tech was very nice and explained things well. I was so thankful.
Asheville Oil/ Smoky Heating and Air are the absolute best. We have had issues at our family house sometimes when on vacation and they come right away and get things fixed. Definitely can be relied on from AC to heat to gas fire place. Again 5 stars
Brandan was great. He was right on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my problem. Another company sent an incompetent technician who was trying to swindle me into a new system when mine is only two years old. Brandan found and fixed the problem, and they even submitted a warranty claim for me for a part of the repair. I'm up and running and will be using Smoky Mountain for my HVAC needs from now on. Scheduling was quick and timely. Much appreciated.

I've been using Smoky Mountain Heating & Air ever since I moved to Asheville 17 years ago. I initially had an oil furnace, but then called them to see about installing an HVAC. Their lead technician, Greg Duke, came out and talked with me about the various units available.
