I have used Smoky Mountain Heating & Air for the past 26 years (and most recently today). They are one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Consistently excellent people and results. Very skillful and knowledgeable folks who stay with the company. Excellent service for years with fair & reasonable rates and prompt responses. Over the years they have performed well with all the services listed below...
Greg and Brandon repaired our older gas furnace, even repairing a part that is no longer made or able to be found in an online search. The rest of the furnace is still working well. They went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their knowledge, skill, and integrity. We'll be calling on them in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
