We had s flat on our way to the tail of the dragon they got us in within a few minutes and back out with time to do the ride and get back to Gatlinburg before dark
If I could rate y'all 1,000 stars I would! From Scott, Kendall, Kiki, Conner, Tyler, Becca, Lisa, and everyone else I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of interacting with the last four days I have to say you are above top notch! I wish I could remember everyone's name, but I truly hope you know I appreciated the professionalism, banter, and absolute love from all of you. I will be back. With lots of friends!

I'm from Central Illinois, and had some bike trouble on the skyway! Limped the bike to Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson in Maryville just about an hour B4 closing time and they stuck around and fixed my bike! That's service!! Thanks guys!! I will buy something from you every time I return to visit!!

Was on a 10 day bike ride from Virginia with some friends and on day 6 had a check engine and temp light come on. Riding a 2014 ultra limited had never experienced this before so to say the least I was imagining the worst. Found a blown fuse for the cooler so I replaced it and within a few miles the lights came on again. So I took the bike to Maryville and pulled up outside the service entrance. Just an all around awesome place to go all there staff is very helpful and don't mind helping you and you meet some awesome brothers and sisters there and the shed is a good place e to hang out and have fun I loved it there and can't wait to go back
