Excellent staff. I have a bike on my wish list. But for now I've just been shopping for clothes. They were so helpful in showing me items specific to my style. Can't wait to save up some more money and shop again. It was so appreciated that they remembered my husband and I from our previous visit. Shows they care about their customers.

Rode 500+ miles too enjoy the Smokey Mountains only to have bike issues 1/2 way into the trip. When I arrived on a Sunday at noon I rolled into the service dept, told them the issues, and they took the bike in right away to diagnose the problem. I went to lunch at the Shed and came back an hour later to be told they found the problem with the fuel line in the tank and were in the process of repairing the bike. Another 1-1/2 hours and I was back on the road with a fixed and washed bike! Thanks for the quick turn around.
My experience with Smokey Mountain Harley Davidson was definitely an experience I would repeat and recommend to everyone. Scott Stewart was the salesman that assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a no pressure experience. The motor clothes staff was very helpful and Doc was a pleasure to deal with on the paperwork. Management treated me like family. Thank you SMHD.
