The open venue creates a better atmosphere. It seems more exclusive. The bands can interact with the patrons more, and make them feel like the bands are actually playing for the individual not a mass crowd

The best dealership in the universe. While other places make you feel unwelcome, Smoky Mountain HD makes you feel at ease, and in good spirits. Also.....BOY is that rental guy handsome !!!
It's pretty pathetic when you can't put down your HD (Hard Dick) attitude long enough to help out a fellow rider! I guess that it's to much to ask for the HD crowd to be decent human beings and do the right thing, but I guess being a dick and turning away money as well as either leaving a fellow rider stranded or in harms way trying to get to a different shop with a bad tire comes more natural to you! Regardless of brand, a fellow riders safety should be a priority, maybe you might gain a repeat customer!
