These folks really go the extra mile. Every department is brimming with excellent customer service. excellent representation of the HD community. Matt sold me a Lowrider and I can't find enough road to ride it on. The clothing folks outfitted me with the most comfortable gear I've ever ridden with. I can't say enough good this about this place and the fine folks who work there. Thanks for an incredible purchasing experience SMHD!
Just bought my bike from there Ross was my salesman and he was AWESOME and helped every way he could to put me on the bike I wanted. Every person I ran into went out of their way to help and see if i needed anything. They were very informative and helped the buying process,they have a HUGE selection of bikes and their financing makes it easy to get on the bike you want. I rate 10/10 and will definitely be going back to buy my next bike
First time there today, it's an awesome place! LARGE selection of new and pre-owned bikes, found a few I like 😉 Friendliest staff we have ever encountered, ate at the bar/grill on property, was excellent! Will be back for some of the events!

I bought my first Harley from here yesterday. My sales rep was Matt. I got the tour of the place and even though there were other customers there I felt like they shut the place down just for me. Everyone was helpful and passionate about their job there and the fact that I was buying my first Harley. I got to ring the bell and celebrate and I honestly felt that they were happier for me than I was. When I buy another bike it will def be from Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson!
Awesome people, place and bikes. Test drove a Dyna, hopefully she is still there. Gonna retire my XL883sl there, this year. Can’t see leaving her in NY.
