I hope this place seriously understands how bad your staff made your complex look. You have pissed off thousands of people and really should monitor how your employees interact with residents. I'm sure there is hundreds of apartments for locals to move in, and after this why would ANYONE want to be bullied when PAYING to live there? Just an FYI to everyone running your office at this particularly SHITTY establishment: Although your tenants do sign a lease agreeing to uphold your pool RULES, they still have rights!!!!!
