Really tried to support this place because I love Korean people, always so respectful and humble. The girls all look so miserable working here, tried a few different coffees they offer the Spanish latte, Americano and dark roast coffee. 3 different times I could taste matcha, they obviously aren't cleaning anything well. I was even served by the old Korean dude, owner or manager he looks miserable too. I was here yesterday and usually have such a nice experience. I come here every once in a while and always get their sweet corn latte and cream cheese garlic bun. It’s such a cute chill cafe and the workers are so nice! I unfortunately have to write this review because of the atmosphere. IT WAS SO HOT INSIDE! It felt like i’m standing outside in the sun. I ordered the Basque cheesecake, but it did not taste fresh at all. The texture was extremely crumbly and loose, not dense and firm like a proper Basque cheesecake. Unfortunately, I got stomach‑ache and had diarrhea after eating it. Would not recommend.
Terrible service and poor communication. Staff seem overwhelmed and disorganized, which makes the whole experience frustrating Lois/Caroline was very frustrating
