Had the burnt ends and they were delicious
Slow service. Moderate food.
Step up their smoke game. Brisket was dry, mac and cheese overcooked. Ribs no flavor.☹️😠😡 Overpriced for such mediocre food.

FantastIc pulled pork. I stop whenever I’m headed west out of Denver. Others with me ,also rave about the plates they had
great food and good staff.
The brisket is so tender and delicious and the half chicken is smoked perfect and juicy on the bone. We also enjoyed the onion rings too!! And creamy coleslaw. Great place in Idaho springs for after hike recharge and refuel w friends and family.
Best bbq experience in CO! and the sides...Boiled peanuts, creamed corn, greens, real southern style goodness 😋
