My husband was looking forward to eating here. But something changed. We live 2 hours away from Dallas,and this was a complete disappointment. The first time we went it WAS amazing. We were excited to go back. BUT $30.00 for 2 slices of processed turkey, 2 slices of dry brisket, and 2 ribs also dry, Cabbage that had so much garlic and pepper you couldn't taste anything. Went to grab a snack while visiting the Longhorn Ballroom waiting for the concert to begin. Read on a sign before walking in, BBQ soul food! If I could rate this place higher I absolutely would, I can see why they say it's soul food!! Absolutely wonderful, everything we ate! Even got to meet the owner who was so pleasant, including all the workers! Super friendly and an absolute gem hole in the wall!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Was amazing atmosphere and food. I had sliced turkey and ribs turkey was the best turkey ive ever ate. Also had a bacon wrapped jalapeño with brisket inside that was extremely good.
