Brian and his team were amazing. The food was awesome and the staff were on point. He even had one of his staff members help the bartender since one of them didn’t show up. He really saved the day. We also had more food than we thought we would and had leftovers for three extra days. I highly recommend the brisket and smoked chicken!
We had them at our family reunion and it was an absolute highlight. The brisket was especially good and we really loved the Mac & cheese. Don’t sleep on these guys. We fought over the leftovers!
Bryan, owner of Smokin Roche’s, was easy to work with with and accommodated our needs for the Hereford Music Boosters banquet. Within 5 minutes of the event’s start, I was getting feedback from the attendees that the food was “fire 🔥”. Accommodating, small business, high flavor food, helpful all around. Don’t hesitate to go with Smokin Roche’s for your event.
Everything on the menu is perfection. From the smash burgers to the brisket cheese fries. You cant and wont go wrong. My family loves the food. Thank you everyone!
