Discovered Smokin Roches at the Oktoberfest event in Timonium. The meat was so juicy and tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the sides were the perfect balance of savory and sweet. The owner was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. If you see their truck, do yourself a favor and get in line. You'll be dreaming about it until you can eat there again!
Awesome customer service
I ordered the smashburger two weeks ago after my daughter ate my burger from another truck. When the owner told me I was about to have the best burger I’ve ever had, I thought it was nothing more than puffery from the owner. Turns out it was in fact the best burger I’ve ever had and I’ve been counting down the days until I was able to get another one tonight. I’d post pictures but no chance the food was going to last long enough to get pictures. Absolutely 10/10!
We were excited to have Smokin Roche's BBQ truck attend our community event in Olney and they did not disappoint. They whipped up some awesome BBQ and delicious sides that everyone raved about. The owner, Brian, is a super nice guy and works hard to deliver a great experience. They arrived promptly and were ready to serve at the designated time. Find out where they are and check them out!
Solid. Got a grilled cheese and tomato soup combo that hit the spot. Super friendly crew. Only downside kinda hard to find parking in the area when they’re posted up.
