AWESOME PORK !!! Pork sandwhich was a 9.5 out of 10! It had to have been one of the best I have ever had from a restaurant. If I wasn't driving home while eating, I would ordered another as well as a pound for dinner. Unvelievable pork. Nice charred outside, moist inside and not fatty at all. Great smokey taste. Smokin Po Boys Bbq Took my parents here on a visit to find the best bbq in NE GA and this place does not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic food! Of all the places this was our favorite! Pulled pork is unreal.
Great Catered BBQ Our company had an event last week and used Smokin Po Boys to cater it. The pulled pork was juicy and the sauces, especially the vinegar sauce were really good. The cole slaw was creamy and even the sweet tea was great. I think that many of my coworkers and I have found a new little lunch spot to go to here in Winder!
Q Heaven I have eaten in more Q-Joins in Ga. than my Doctor likes, and I have to say that I have NEVER had BB-Q as mouth watering as this.the Ribs are masterfully done with loving care, the pulled pork just melts in your mouth.My wife and I eat there every time we go to Winder. tThe homemade banana pudding is Deeeee- Licoius Too.

The Best BBQ in Georgia The Athens Banner newspaper rated this little restaurant as the best BBQ in the state and it is easy to see why. The food is tremendous and the staff and service are wonderful as well. The manager is almost always there wearing his camouflage chef coat (what a hoot) and if he isn't too busy smoking the pork and other delectable meats, he will stop and talk to you. Winder Resident Smokin Po Boys has the BEST bbq I have ever eaten! I usually am not a big fan of bbq, however, I have now changed my mind! You will not believe how good it is. Wayyyyy better than Sonny's.
