That brisket was cooked to perfection & the sausage was actually spicy, which I rarely get in Seattle. Will definitely be back!
This might be our 7th or 8th yr of ordering a smoked turkey from Smokin’ Pete’s BBQ for Thanksgiving. Absolutely, 100%, best smoked turkey in the Seattle area. You cannot go wrong with their smoked turkey - smokey, juicy, and tons of meat for leftovers. Not to mention some of the nicest people you will ever meet. #seattle #thanksgiving #smokedturkey #bestturkey
Unfortunately the brisket is dry, not pull apart with a fork, no smoke ring, i don’t know what they are doing in there?
