This might be our 7th or 8th yr of ordering a smoked turkey from Smokin’ Pete’s BBQ for Thanksgiving. Absolutely, 100%, best smoked turkey in the Seattle area. You cannot go wrong with their smoked turkey - smokey, juicy, and tons of meat for leftovers. Not to mention some of the nicest people you will ever meet. #seattle #thanksgiving #smokedturkey #bestturkey
Unfortunately the brisket is dry, not pull apart with a fork, no smoke ring, i don’t know what they are doing in there?
We had a fantastic experience using this company for our catered turkey dinner and would absolutely use them again! Not only were they extremely professional, but they were also quick to communicate, easy to connect with, and very accommodating, especially when it came to addressing our food allergy concerns. The food arrived hot and ready to serve. Both the turkey and the beef brisket were cooked to perfection, tender and absolutely mouthwatering. All the guests loved it. Highly recommended!
