The ribs are smoked perfectly and super tender. I had never tried a cabbage head before, but I loved it. May have to smoke some up for Charlie's BBQ.

I had stop to pick up two smoke chickens I had order and decided to go back in and try their smoke Bologna boy was I glad I did . It is delicious. If you haven't try it stop by today and get some. You want be sorry you did
