Love love love this place... and these people! Friendly staff and atmosphere. Mark is giving a lot of young people a chance and a job. They may make a mistake but he will fix it ... the main thing is that he's willing to give these kids an opportunity to learn how to make a living in the food industry.. one of the hardest jobs out thre. Service and customer service is awful. I was telling a friend hello in the drive through WHILE signing my receipt and the OWNER yelled to shut the window !? Very unprofessional and rude!

I was visiting the area to see a friend in Jackson and I was looking for some good BBQ, my favorite type of food. He had said he had been to Smokin' Hot before and it was good, So we headed up for dinner.. I have to say, it was fantastic. We had the BBQ nachos and they were great, the pulled pork had great strong smoke to it, and the Dry Rub ribs had smoke all the way through the meat, and would just pull away from the bone. I think they have the best barbecue around. Just give people a refill a little faster and you'll always have my vote. I'm proud Milan TN finally has a good barbecue place. Obviously people like it because it's always wrapped up.
