Recently took my RAM 3500 in for repairs, diagnoses was Turbo Actuator, after 2 weeks with no communication, I received a call stating that my truck is not fixed and the owner Aaron is closing for 2 weeks to go hunting. I am also told that final programing to the actuator has to be done at the dealer. With this knowledge I should have been referred to the dealer from the start.
