This is no longer privately owned but owned by a huge corporation which has only one goal and that is to make as much money as possible! So when they more than doubled the rent we could not wait to come up from Florida to empty out our storage unit and take our materials back home with us rather than endure the excruciating pain of outrageous rents! Other than that of the emails were friendly from Bolt storage.
The owner sold out to a large corporation that is no more concerned about you or your stuff. BOLT more than doubled rent! Rather rent from the man in the moon! Lowest possible recommendation. Yes, after 20 happy years I could not wait to clean out my unit!
Clean and very easy to rent a unit. Place looks brand new. Pay online and good customer service.
Extremely well priced compaired to my last location between Hilton Head SC and Savannah Ga. price comparison would approximately cost (in Savannah) 148 maybe more for a 10’x15’ but Smokey only charged $48! Such a great deal, and well kept environment. The ladies and him are all Very Kind across the board nob matter your situation! Always upfront, was even willing to work with me during COVID to help solve problems I ran into during a move.
