Pretty awesome food! Had an omelette with the homemade gravy on it. It tasted exactly like the gravy I make at home, so delicious! I love the roasted potatoes as well. This place earns the top rating !
Going with a big group is nice because you pay ahead of the time. Service was a normal time for a make to order request. I had the veggie potatoes & they were amazing!
We stopped for a late nreakfast, but missed the menu change by 10 minutes. So, decided to have lunch. We ordered and then waited... and waited... and waited..almost 40 minutes for two burgers and a pulled pork sandwich. My pulled pork sandwich was like month old dried up jerky on a crouton, and cold as welL. I had to drown it in BBQ sauce to get it down. Amazing place one of a few and I mean a few places that make everything from scratch. The servings are big everyone was taking home what they couldn't eat. Did I mention the food is fantastic. This is a restaurant you must stop in and eat.
disapointed..... food was marginal and waaaay overpriced. Took nearly an hour from time of placing the order to delivery of room temp food..... never eating there again. Very nice staff.
Waited quite a while for our food, and during a time when it wasn't busy. My food came room temperature. The ribs were ok, not hot, not moist. Only three small ribs. Brisket was a real disappointment. Sliced so thin it had been cooked to well done, and was very dry. I left half of it on the plate. Onion rings were ok, but a bit soft and soggy. Again, not hot. Only the cowboy beans were hot. Those were the high point of the meal. At $25 for the sampler plate, overpriced, and not worth going back.
