Not only God BBQ, but the fried catfish is the best!
I always enjoy going there. Very spacious. Never packed. And people can have good conversations, without lapping over each other. Food is a little pricy, (I'm cheap) but I don't mind paying for it, when I do go there. Good food!
I called Smokey Joes to reserve a room for our Sunday School class to have our monthly get together. I was told by the manager that as of January 1, there is a $50.00 fee to reserve a room. I told him I was bringing 24 people to eat who would otherwise not be there and he said to me "Oh Yeah, EVERY one in the room is REQUIRED to go through the line and order." Needless to say, we will NOT be going to Smokey Joes......I will take my party of 24 adults who each are buying a meal somewhere where they are glad to have us. Bad De... read more

Teresa Lee Slack I am sorry that you feel this way. We do charge a $50.00 deposit to reserve the banquet rooms. There is a $350.00 minimum charge for the room also. We do have a game room that would accommodate a party for 24 that is no charge. We did have to implement a new fee for this room that did start in January. We thank you for your business and hope that you will consider us again in the future.

The Food was good but not good enough to equel the stupid price. STOP TRYING TO GET RICH OF EACH PLAIT. Baked potato 1 meat and loaded french frys and 2 drinks over $20 not again
