Train staff more and work on providing equal services to all customers. Do a better walk through on houses and don't force customers to leave with poorly built houses even when they voice that they are unhappy with quality. We were so excited for our first IC purchase and left with a bad taste in our mouths feeling like we just loaded up wet, warped lumber from the help yourself yard at Menards.
YES! I just bought my third Ice Castle from them. Love the service and the store. Big about out to Karen Bogan who listened to what I was looking for!!
