New Ice Castle owner down in the cities and we did purchase ours from a different dealer simply because of distance. Karen was great, she immediately understood what I wanted in a fish house, was very helpful at sending pictures and videos. On top of that the financing and checkout process was very smooth, and the staff was very friendly. I used a shopping spree promotion to equip my ice castle with everything I needed to fish, and they were great a answering my questions, and making suggestions for things we might want/need for fishing and camping! Highly recommend
