My family ate at smokey bones as we do very often and usually have a great meal. But tonight we had a very long wait for our food, our broccoli was just about raw, and I ordered a full rack of ribs but received a house rack. The real problem was when I mentioned this to the waitress. She then sent over the very aggressive manager who was extremely unhelpful and charged me inappropriatley for food i did not receive. totally dissapointing. food was salty, staff lasy and they make you tipp a certain amount. tip should be reflecting a service and not because the paycheck is low.
The service is slow during lunch time but the presentation is great and so it the taste. There is no favorite item, ther're all good to me. Great lay-out; table & TV arrangement. Good lighting. Just don't need to get right back to the office
