Overalll unpleasant experience. This was our first visit to this estanlishment. We felt worse after taking with management. We left knowing we will never return to this (or any other) Smokey Bones. We were saddened when we realized the manager was not interested in improving, training or correcting the problems we experienced...only assumed we wanted "free food." There are too many nice restaurants in Roanoke within this price point and style of food to settle for Smokey Bones.
