The food you catered to the Badger Fireman's Ball on Sept 10, was absolutely horrible! Everything was very bland, no seasoning, undercooked and my pulled pork was dry as a bone. It was really, really bad! I realize when catering to another location, the food may be a little different from eating in the restaurant, but if you're are catering food that bad, I wonder what the food is like in the restaurant. First of all..waited 45 min asked server 25 min in and she said 5 more min..took another 20...no tables in here when we got in..the Iowa BBQ has WAY TOO MUCH molasses! darn shame it's even labeled Iowa..baked beans had way too much molasses as well ..orders bbq melt with brisket ..brisket cut too thick and was chewy. Lost all smoke flavor..only giving one star bc the Georgia peach BBQ was amazing! Gf ordered same but with chicken..came out Luke warm ...potato salad tasted like it had pre packaged bacon bits..onions were over... read more
The waitress was rude the entire time. Mixed up the bills and snapped saying YES she knew what we had. Also yanked the receipt out of my husband's hand. Loved smokeworks at the old place. Definitely not coming back again though.

Excellent food every time we eat in or enjoy the delivery service!!! One of the BEST restaurants in this area. Excellent customer service and consistently delicious food. The meat is always tender and juicy. We often use the catering and share with our family and friends. We have never been anything less than 100% satisfied!!!! Sides are unique and scrumptious. Perfect EVERY time!!!!

I'm so tired of reading all these bogus reviews, I've ate at this place a couple dozen times now, never had dry meat, never had spoiled food, my meal has always been hot, the hospitality is through the roof, and everything is so full of taste its crazy how cheap the prices are, if your reading the reviews, go and try their food yourselves, you will not be disappointed!

Just ate there tonight. Was truly looking forward to trying this place out, but left disappointed. Ordered 2 specials and a pulled pork combo. Pulled pork was ok. Ribs were like chewing on a tire. My 12 yr old left all of his ribs on his plate and asked if we could stop at a gas station on the way home. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Fast services. Not so great food.
I so loved the iowa pork chops it was so good thanks for great food n service: )
