I went there for special weekends, in the 70's, when it was a Lodge. We could see Bob Hope's home.
A strange bird lives on the side facing old Coco's parking lot, 4 doors in from side that aligns with ACE. He marched over to rhe dying shrubs some woman watered, telling her either she couldn't, or shouldn't do, and proceeded to poor a jug of windex over what she had watered. Just watched it go down parked nearby. Someone needs to report his odd acts to mgmt. What else would he poison besides shrubs. What loose nut is bothered by another watering shrubs that are not his? I moved to 1800 as a temporary move for a few weeks. I had just moved back to Palm Springs from upstate NY and wasn’t sure where to live . A few weeks turned into months, months into years . I’ve been here for 8years now . Michael the manager is a wonderful person, a great manager who addresses concerns promptly and respects the renters privacy!!
